English: Sørvágur (Sorvagur) is a village on Vágar island in the Faroe Islands. Sørvágur is one of the three larger villages on Vágar. It is located just west of Vágar Airport, which is the only international airport in the Faroe Islands. This is the eastern part of the village. The population of Sørvágur is around 1000. This photo was taken on Christmas Day in 2010.
