Summary
[edit]A picture of the members of the Japanese pop group, SCANDAL in their animated form as used in promotional videos and advertisements.

My fair use rationale for this is that it is a logo used for a promotional material, and therefore falls under the #4 of the non-free content guidelines under images "Other promotional material: Posters, programs, billboards, ads. For critical commentary." This logo is used to promote the group, and is explained critically in the article it is linked to, so I think classifying it as "Promotional material" is a logical and fitting rationale.
