Summary

Description
English: From the left, one man sweeps away the detritus sticking to a steel plate while others hammer it into shape and another group survey the scene.Two men lever up a steel sheet from a pile while another group carry a steel girder. Far right a seated man works on pieces of angled steel. This is the third, right-hand, portion of a larger picture.
