Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is the album cover for Lady Croissant, and therefore it is not replaceable by a free image.
2. It is a low resolution copy of an album cover.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way.
4. It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit.
5. Copies of this image could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
