Français : La Villa de D. Ionescu, construite en 1927 par l'architecte Toma T. Socolescu, sur la strada Mihai Cogălniceanu (on trouve aussi l'orthographe Kogălniceanu), şoseaua Kiseleff. La rue s'appelle désormais strada Gheorghe Brătianu. La villa est située au numéro 26. La maison est classée monument historique. Nous sommes les descendants et uniques ayant-droits de toute l'oeuvre de Toma T. Socolescu (mort en 1960 à Bucarest).
English: Villa D. Ionescu, built in 1927 by architect Toma T. Socolescu on the Strada Mihai Cogălniceanu (there are also spelling Kogălniceanu) Soseaua Kiseleff. The street now called Strada Gheorghe Brătianu. The villa is located at number 26. The house is classified historical monument. We are the only heirs and descendants of Toma T. Socolescu (died in 1960 in Bucharest) and therefore owner of all his intellectual rights.
