Travis Sinniah, navy eastern commander, speaks to U.S. Naval War College (NWC) staff, faculty and students during a lecture of opportunity held at NWC in Newport, Rhode Island. Sinniah is a specialist in counter terrorism and littoral warfare and is a counter terrorism fellow of the National Defense University in Washington, D.C.
