English: A male member of Malayali tribe living Jawadu hills. The picture was taken in Seengadu, a secluded inaccessible village situated in the part of the hill that comes under the jurisdiction of Tiruvannamalai district in TamilNadu. He is typical male member of the village with unique turban (thalaipagai). He was listening to then District Collector M.Rajendran who reached the village after considerable hardships.
