Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Meredith (DD-890) comes alongside of the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVA-11), not visible, for refueling, in the Mediterranean Sea, 29 June 1959. Intrepid, with assigned Carrier Air Group 6 (CVG-6), was deployed to the Mediterranean Sea from 13 February to 30 August 1959.
