Project artist, Ross Miller. Public water feature dedicated to William Lloyd Garrison (1805-1879), a local resident, respected 19th Century writer, abolitionist and activist. Designed with a user-activated water control mechanism, stacked sections cut and carved from multi-color layers of granite, with a 13-nozzle machined aluminum top piece.
