Summary

Description
English: Yam tin khwai (Thai script: ยำตีนควาย) is a spicy and sour Northern Thai soup made with the hoof of a water buffalo. The roughly chopped tendons and skin (the hoof does not contain much, if any, meat) are added in to the soup after cooking the whole hoof in the broth.
