So far I remember, the flag used during liberation war located the sun (red circle) in exact middle. The position was shifted a little in 1972 to the hoist, with an intention that sun would appear centered while hoisted. Also the rectangle might had a different ration (4:3?) than the adopted (5:3) one. I do not have any reference here. Can someone check? --» nafSadh did say 02:26, 6 January 2014 (UTC)
