Cleaned-up?[edit]

I know this image doesn't have any notes on being "cleaned up" but I am skeptical that it hasn't..

Can someone verify that this image has not been enhanced or modified? I ask because if it hasn't it is a stellar example of the process/longevity and should be noted.
