The rings of "Portrait of Lady, 1500" show up in several of Raphael's paintings. Somewhere in Wiki's archives you may read three similar rings may be purchased by children in Milan during a festival. (My old computer database crashed.) I am sure the Milianese know more about Sforza's story than we do. U know whom to ask. However; I was never able to connect these rings to Boromean rings. (Boromeo, de Medici, Sforza)

Cibrarian's note; I was O.K. with Etruscans, Greeks, Romans and Lombardians, but when herstory went Egyptian, I lost my scientific objectivity. Seems like the matricharchy has been trying to civilize us for thousands of years.
