Glaphyriinae is a subfamily of the lepidopteran family Crambidae.[1] It was described by William Trowbridge Merrifield Forbes in 1923. The subfamily currently comprises 509 species in 75 genera.[2]

The larvae of Glaphyriinae predominantly feed on plants of the order Brassicales and are able to digest the glucosinolates contained in these plants.[3]
