Bahlsen company in Hannover (1911)

Hermann Bahlsen (born 14 November 1859 in Hannover; died 6 November 1919 in Hannover) was a German entrepreneur.

Life

In 1889, Bahlsen founded Hannoversche Keksfabrik H. Bahlsen in Hannover (now Bahlsen GmbH & Co. KG ).[1][2] He sold Leibniz-cookies (Leibniz-Keks).[3]
