Highway D2 (Czech: Dálnice D2) is a highway in the Czech Republic. It runs from Brno to border with Slovakia.
Construction on Highway D2 began in 1974; the first 11 kilometres opened in 1978. The last part of Highway D2 opened in 1980. The highway was 141 km long. After dissolution of Czechoslovakia 61 km remain in Czech Republic, 80 km in Slovakia
