Hong Kong national security law may refer to:

  • National Security (Legislative Provisions) Bill 2003, a 2003 attempt to amend the Crimes Ordinance, the Official Secrets Ordinance, and the Societies Ordinance, pursuant to the obligation imposed by Article 23 of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong.
  • 2020 Hong Kong national security law, a 2020 Chinese law formally titled as "Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region", criminalising secession, subversion, terrorism, collusion.
  • Safeguarding National Security Ordinance, a 2024 local law that gives new powers to the government to investigate "external interference", theft of state secrets, insurrection, and treason, with penalties up to life imprisonment for those found guilty of certain crimes specified by the law
