The Malaysian Malay-language television mystery music game show I Can See Your Voice Malaysia premiered the inaugural first season on NTV7 on 4 August 2018.[1][2]
Gameplay
Format
Under the original format, the guest artist can eliminate one or two mystery singers after each round. The game concludes with the last mystery singer standing which depends on the outcome of a duet performance with a guest artist.[3]
Rewards
If the singer is good, he/she will perform again in the post-season encore concert episode; if the singer is bad, he/she wins RM3,000.
Rounds
Each episode presents the guest artist with six people whose identities and singing voices are kept concealed until they are eliminated to perform on the "stage of truth" or remain in the end to perform the final duet.
- Visual round
The guest artist is given some time to observe and examine each mystery singer based on their appearance. Afterward, a muted video of each mystery singer that reveals only 0.3 seconds of their singing voice is played as an additional hint. - Lip sync round
Each mystery singer performs a lip sync to a song. Good singers mime to a recording of their own performance, while bad singers mime to a recording by someone else. - Rehearsal round
Three random panelists are wearing headphones to listen to a recording of assigned mystery singer that lasts for 15 seconds. Afterward, the panelist defends the mystery singer and convince the guest artist to choose them as the winner.

- ^ It is the first time in ICSYV franchise history that the "good singer" Fitriyani Sulaiman "accidentally classified" as "bad singer", despite she sings well but she forgotten the lyrics because of her nervousness.
