However, if they have, this permission likely does not fall under a free license. Please note that our policy usually considers fair use images of living people that merely show what they look like to be replaceable by free-licensed images and unsuitable for the project. If this is not the case for this image, a rationale must be provided proving that the image provides information beyond simple identification or showing that this image is difficult to replace by a free-licensed equivalent. Fonzie jumps over a shark while on waterskis. After seeing this, viewers considered that the show was getting really desperate for ideas and just lost its strength.
- No source, but maybe screenshot?
- Probably not a screenshot. For one thing: why would a screenshot not be in color? More likely, it's a production still. --Jeremy Butler 15:23, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Low res screenshot, for information purposes, clearly --Fair Use-- (anonymous)
If this is a production still, I assume that the uploader was either the photographer that took the photo or that the uploader got written permission to use this production still? And that the owner of this photo also gave permission to the websites that use this exact image (some of them with exactly the same resolution and byte size) when you search for "fonzie jump shark" in Google Images?
