Description
English: The Kangxi-Emperor returns to the Forbidden City after his southern tour in 1689.The imperial court is awaiting the emperors arrival to the palace. Kangxi does not appear in this parts of the roll. The central part is the actual Tian'anmen Square.
Français : L'Empereur Qing Kangxi retourne à la cité interdite après son tour au Sud en 1689. La cour impériale attend l'arrivée de l'Empereur au palais. Kangxi n'est pas représenté dans ces parties du rouleau. La partie située au centre de l'image correspond à l'emplacement de l'actuel Place Tian'anmen.
