Summary
[edit]Cover the Kiss EP. Copyright WAU! Mr. Modo Recordings.
Courtesy of Anthony Bryan (ant) (http://home.comcast.net/~star6n789/)
Record cover to illustrate the article about the Kiss EP and The Orb. This is from The Orb's first original release. Although the picture is subject to copyright I feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution copy of an LP cover;
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the work in any way (not that this album is being sold commercially anymore or anything)
- no free alternative is available
- its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork
I assert fair use in good faith. Wickethewok 20:00, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
