Perczel László földgömbje az OSzK térképtárában.

"Perczel Mór fivére, Komárom megye volt alk. csendbiztosa, s kömlödi lakos, egy 4 láb átmérőjű földtekét készített s a nemzeti muzeumnak ajándékozá. Ugyancsak Perczel László, a ki, hogy milly kitünőleg és geometriai pontossággal rajzol, a jeles földtekéje mutatja, a londoni kiállításra is készitett volna - amint halljuk, egy, ennél még nagyobb földgömböt, de a mely valami véletlen malhaeur folytán, amidőn már majd teljesen készen volt, leesett és behorpadt, - lehet azonban, hogy e sérülése helyreállítható. A muzeumnak ajándékozott globuson az asztalosmunkát Mihályi Józsa, a rézöntő munkát pedig Stark József ügyes tatai mesterek készttették."
