Graphic drawing mostly my work. Also, two clips are used from public domain images already in Wikipedia: "Barry Palmer.jpg" and "Paresev in landing.jpg" Interview with Bill Moyes on February 12, 2008, answered by e-mail: "1962 I was just a simple water skier and have never seen Mike Burns fly. I was led into the sport by gelignite Jack Murray. Jack had one of Mike Burns’ ski planes, it was a cumbersome beast on two floats and a steel air frame, I still have Jack's old Ski Plane wing." Bill Moyes considered the Ski Plane for himself before he was introduced to Dickenson ski kite: "I spoke to Jack [Murray] about acquiring a ski plane and he told me not to buy one; they were too heavy and needed too much power to pull them." This sequence of actions indicates Bill Moyes was aware of the Rogallo wing of the Fleep type in the Murray-McLachlan-Burns sphere before he was aware of the Grafton, N.S.W. 1963 ski kite.

"Jack claimed that Bill McLachlan saw the wing in the art gallery in Rome where Leonardo Da Vinci’s work was exhibited. Bill McLachlan contacted Mike Burns to build the device and Jack bought and flew one of the first produced." Quotations from Bill Moyes in released comment in interview on February 12, 2008, to me.
