Fair use rationale in Peace and Love (Pogues album)[edit]

1. No free or public domain images can be located for this album.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal CD copies of the single.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the album in any way.
4. For an article about an album, the cover artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included.
