Summary

This July 1 2005 strip is being used in the Pibgorn (webcomic) article to illustrate several characteristics of the strip:

It shows the 3 major characters, and it shows 2 of those characters in both their human and magical bodies.
It illustrates the various types of humor that McEldowney employs on the strip.
It hints at the music themes that run through the strip.
It shows the somewhat idiosyncratic way that McEldowney panels the strip.

Since it is representative, it is only a small part of the Pibgorn body of work, it should not affect the commercial value of Pibgorn (at least in a negative way), and is used for non-commercial purposes, this is fair use under US Copyright law.
