Summary

Description
English: I took this picture from Indian Mounds Park, from the overlook above Carver's Cave. The Capitol is on the right and the St. Paul downtown airport is to the left (just out of the picture). The open space in front of downtown is the lower landing area; the upper landing area is beyond the bridges. The level of barge traffic in St. Paul is evident in this picture.
