Summary[edit]

The image I have chosen to upload is the cover of the album There's the Rub by rock band Wishbone Ash. The image came from the website Amazon.com, here is the link: link The copyright holder is Amazon.com. This image I have chosen to upload will be used in the Wishbone Ash page, in the discography section. The image itself will be placed on the There's the Rub page in the right-hand information box that states information about the album, the image will be placed there, the whole purpose is to show anyone who uses that page what the particular album cover looks like, as there has been no picture of the album there in the past.

Fair use for There's the Rub[edit]

Though the picture is subject to copyright I, EndlessWires 15:11, 20 August 2007 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
• Scanned copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD
• It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit.
