Summary
When the house was occupied by Sarah Winchester, the bell tower would ring every day at 12:00pm and 5:00pm. There were also some reports that the bell tower was rung at 12:00am and at 2:00am to remind Sarah Winchester to summon and then dismiss the spirits that would show her the plans for the on-going construction of the house.
