István Mudin (October 16, 1881 – July 22, 1918) was a Hungarian athlete who competed at the 1906 Intercalated Games and the 1908 Summer Olympics.[1]

He competed for a Hungary in the 1906 Intercalated Games held in Athens, Greece in the Pentathlon where he won the silver medal. This added to the bronze medal he won in the Greek style discus throw competition.

He was killed in action during World War I.[2]
