Luceafărul (The Vesper/The Morning Star/The Lucifer/The Daystar) is the name of a Romanian poem by Mihai Eminescu, published in 1883. It is generally considered his masterpiece.[1][2]

The World Records Academy announced in January 2009 that Luceafărul had been officially recognized as being the longest love poem ever made.[3][4]
