Miosgán Médhbh (Maeve's lump of butter) is a large cairn on the summit of Knocknarea in County Sligo. The cairn is thought to conceal a passage grave from the Irish Neolithic era. It is the largest cairn in Ireland, excepting those at the Brú na Bóinne complex in Meath.
