Oskar Wilhelm Wetzell (December 5, 1888 – November 28, 1928) was a Finnish diver who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics and in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

He was born and died in Helsinki.

In 1908 he was eliminated in the semi-finals of the 3 metre springboard event after finishing sixth in his heat. In the 10 metre platform competition he was eliminated in the first round.

Four years later he was eliminated in the first round of the 3 metre springboard event, of the 10 metre platform competition, and of the plain high diving event.
