Pine Manor is a Family Community, in the city of Fort Myers, located right off US 41 (South Cleveland Ave) in Lee County, Florida, United States. The population was 3,785 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Cape Coral–Fort Myers Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Pine Manor Community is an area that has really been cleaned up over the past couple of years and it shows a positive outlook for the future.
