Rebecca Breeds

Rebecca Breeds (born on June 17, 1992 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia)

Family Life

Growing up with her two older brothers Rebecca tried all sports. She is self taught on the guitar, piano and drums.

Rebecca attended Sutherland Shire Christian School from kindergarten to year 10 and thenSt Andrew's Cathedral School for Years 11 and 12, and was Drama Captain in 2005. At the end of 2005 Rebecca, in her capacity as Drama Captain, along with the Music Captain organised a Year 12 Revue, Rebecca participated in a few acts including a Spice Girls tribute and a mashup song, co-written with Nick Hansen, titled Steal My Essays/Textual Healing which discusses the Year 12 NSW HSC Advanced English Syllabus she completed in 2005.

Career

Her acting career started with her appearance in TV commercials. In 2007 she landed her first lead role as Leah in the Australian film Newcastle, which came out in June 2008.[1]

Personal Life

She is currently living with her Blue Water High co - star, Lachlan Buchanan.

Breeds plays Cassie Cometti in season 3 of Blue Water High, but she made her first appearance in season 2, episode 3 as Tina. It was during filming on Blue Water High that she discoved she had been hired to play the role of Ruby Buckton in Home and Away, [2]
