Shigeru Oda (小田 滋, Oda Shigeru, born 22 October 1924, Sapporo, Japan) is a prominent jurist and was a judge on the International Court of Justice from 1976 to 2003, when he retired. His main area of expertise is law of the sea.

He earned his law degree from the University of Tokyo in 1947 and his doctorate in law from Yale Law School in 1953.
