Space Is the Place is a jazz album by Sun Ra. It was released in 1973. This album was originally issued in LP format on the ABC Records label, Blue Thumb Records; in the CD era it was issued with the Impulse! label.[2]

The album was recorded on October 19 and 20, 1972 at Streeterville Recording studio in Chicago.
