Stare Gnatowice [ˈstarɛ ɡnatɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kampinos, within Warsaw West County, Masovian Voivodeship, in eastcentral Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Kampinos, 26 km (16 mi) west of Ożarów Mazowiecki, and 40 km (25 mi) west of Warsaw.

The village has a population of 120.
