Stráž (German: Neustadtl) is a market town in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,200 inhabitants.

Stráž lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Tachov, 45 km (28 mi) west of Plzeň, and 128 km (80 mi) west of Prague.

Administrative parts

Villages of Bernartice, Bonětice, Bonětičky, Borek, Dehetná, Jadruž, Olešná, Souměř, Strachovice and Valcha are administrative parts of Stráž.
