The entry for MAPS called for a page on Dialup Users Lists, so I created one. I atually would like to call this a *Dynamic* Users List rather than Dialup because dynamic IP allocation now includes broadband users on DSL and cable connections. Suggestions for improvements to the page are welcome. This is my first Wikipedia article, and I'm a little concerned that the article might be considered original research. Again, I welcome suggestions for improvements and ways to avoid invocation of the NOR as justification for deleting the article. I am willing to do the necessary work and make the necessary changes to warrant retaining the article in the Wikipedia.
