I would like to pose a question in hopes that someone can clarify this discrepancy. In the breach of contract page, it states that expectation damages is both the same as "benefit of the bargain," and more importantly that it is intended to restore an economic position. However, in this article, it only states "losses," and states that it would include economic damages. Which is true? If someone is able to clarify, can you adjust the appropriate page - this one, and/or the breach of contract page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.125.220.4 (talk) 23:43, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
