As many cover versions as possible can be listed. Leif Garrett's version can be included because "The Wanderer" article mentions his version of that song. (5.81.223.21 (talk) 08:19, 19 January 2018 (UTC))

Bobby Darin
[edit]Darin's version is the original recording (1966), so should it even be considered a cover? Any why isn't it the lead version? I'm pretty sure it's the best know version. 128.151.71.16 (talk) 14:06, 3 March 2020 (UTC)
One of the best versions ever recorded Jack Elliot
[edit]Performed by Rambling Jack Elliot, as performed on the Johnny Cash TV show - probably in the late 60’s early 70’s. Easy to find video of it on the net, and in his album, Young Brigham. 68.132.57.191 (talk) 12:41, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
