If you inherit, you have no income, duh.
The lower the income, the lower the taxes. Get it? (wink wink)
Newport Coast is the nicest part of orange county hands down but everyone's way too rich.
Of course you have income if you inherit money. Investment income is still income, and someone who inherits a large amount of money will live on the interest, dividends and business income produced by their investments. For now, I think that that statistic should be removed. Men having a median income of $0? Doubtful, in one of the richest communities in the US.
It's because whatever program was used to go through the census data to create the demographic articles for all the places in the US didn't recognise the value "$100,000+" and instead put it as $0. The same thing happens when the median household or family income is $200,000+; that will show up as $0 too.
