Chak Muzzafarabad is a village in the Shahpur District. It was named after Malik Muzaffar Yar Khan Tiwana who started a village there and has been passed on to his children. Currenly Muzaffarabad has strated(?) and NGO by the name of Kiran Welfare Organzation. It is very easy to acess from the motor way. Just 30 minutes off the main highway. It has a population of about 5000 and has a stud farm as well.

21Dec 2011 ULFAT SHERAZI deletes content for no assigned reason from section Shahpur District.
2 January 2012 Intothefire I restore the deleted content .

In later years, the couple was blessed with five sons(Syed Shahabdul Wahab Sherazi, Syed Shah Murtaza Sherazi, Syed Ahmad Sher Sherazi, Syed Shah Hassan Sherazi and Syed Shah Muhammad Sherazi). Syed Shah Shams and his family left [[Delhi]] and crossed the [[Jhelum River]] to settle in [['''Rampur''']] (presently known as '''Shahpur City'''). While his brother '''Syed Jalal Shah''' moved to a deserted area in [[Afghanistan]] and lived there. [[Jalalabad]], now a city in [[Afghanistan]], was named after him.
