Conflict of Interest
[edit]If the Reservations Manager is truly the IP as claimed, please be aware that all Wikipedia articles must adhere to a neutral point of view. Please read over that link to see the kind of edits that are and are not allowed. Specifically, phrases in your edit such as "unprecendented media reaction", "Gagnaire's culinary genuis", "Mazouz's UK reputation was sealed", and similar phrases are highly opinionated and must be attributed to reliable sources in order to be included.
Additionally, if you are affiliated with Sketch, you may have a conflict of interest (q.v.) in which case you need to be extra careful not to inject any opinions or so-called "peacock words" into the article to push an opinion of the establishment. The article needs to be neutral and encyclopedic (i.e. "just the facts"), and not to serve in any kind of promotional capacity. ArakunemTalk 19:25, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
Semiprotection
[edit]Several users have tried to work with the IP to incorporate their changes in a sourced, NPOV way. But the IP appears uninterested in discussion or compromise. I've semiprotected the article in the hope that this will persuade the IP editor that only by discussion and consensus can this or an Wikipedia article be improved, and that there's a difference between guerilla marketing and gorilla marketing. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 14:41, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
