Proposed new template[edit]

Proposed version[edit]

Discussion[edit]

The current navigation template is hard to navigate. It's tightly packed and the name "Maharishi" appears so often that it's a jumble of words. And it contains only a portion of the most relevant articles. I suggest something like the proposed template. How can we improve it?   Will Beback  talk  12:56, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think the new version is a step in the right direction. One way to tune it up would be to place the most widely known entities at the beginning of each category. MMY University for example could go at the end of the Education line rather than 2nd.--KbobTalk 20:38, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with that in concept, which is why I put MUM first. But I'm not sure of the relative notability of the other schools. I'll make that proposed edit, and welcome any others.
Any objection to listing the "founders" like that? The other option is to add them to the "People" section.
I only included people who hold positions in the movement, and Donovan because of his work in creating a university in the UK. I'm not tied to his inclusion.   Will Beback  talk  20:49, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've goine ahead and pasted this in, adding Hararit to the settlements in the process. I wish it were quite so big and "airy", but I believe that it's just about impossible to to change the spacing on these templates. More improvements are invited.   Will Beback  talk  10:14, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It looks good. I think you did a nice job.--KbobTalk 03:49, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
