The War Within is the fourth studio album by American heavy metal band Shadows Fall. The album is notable for the songs such as "What Drives the Weak," "Inspiration on Demand," "The Power of I and I" and "The Light That Blinds"[citation needed]. The album also features a sampler track with music from other heavy metal bands, such as Stampin' Ground and God Forbid. The War Within was also issued as a Limited-Edition Digipak with an exclusive bonus DVD that featured bootleg concert footage along with Drum and Guitar lessons from members of the band. The album debuted at number 20 on the Billboard 200 during its release.
