Thomas A. Bussiere (born 1963) is a lieutenant general in the United States Air Force, who serves as the deputy commanding general of United States Strategic Command.[1] He attended St. Johnsbury Academy in Vermont (1981)[2] and was commissioned in 1985 through ROTC at Norwich University. Bussiere previously served as Commander, Alaskan Command, United States Northern Command.[3][4]
In October 2022, Bussiere was nominated for promotion to general and assignment as commander of the Air Force Global Strike Command.[5][6]
