Urbana is an unincorporated community in Paw Paw Township, Wabash County, Indiana.[3]

History

The Urbana post office has been in operation since 1858.[4]

Entertainment and performing arts

Urbana was referenced briefly in a scene from the movie Bicentennial Man, wherein the main character, an android named Andrew, looks for others of his kind. Andrew finds another unit painting the lines for a baseball diamond. Through his head up display, the location is given as Urbana, Indiana.
