Västra Innerstaden is a city district (Swedish: stadsdel) in the west-central part of the city of Malmö, Sweden. Over 30,000 inhabitants live in the district, in the past the majority of the population consisted of mostly elderly people. However, the last decade has seen an influx of younger people with children.

The high-rise Kronprinsen is 84 metres high and is located in the very east part of the city district.
