"Who Do You Love?" is a song written and recorded in 1956 by Bo Diddley. The record features Jody Williams, then a member of Bo Diddley's band, on lead guitar.[3]

"Who Do You Love?" has been covered by many bands and artists. Rolling Stone magazine ranked the song as #132 on their list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time on December 9, 2004.[4] The song was given a Grammy Hall of Fame Award in 2010.[5]

- A later version of this song was released in 1987 on the soundtrack to the film La Bamba.
- The version by George Thorogood (from his 1978 album Move It On Over) has long been a staple of AOR and classic rock radio, and was featured in commercials for Samuel Adams beer, as well as in promos for the 2010 season premiere of the CBS television drama NCIS.
- "Who Do You Love?" was sung by Robert Britton Lyons (portraying Carl Perkins) in the Broadway musical Million Dollar Quartet and on the original cast recording.[8]
